Chamber Ski Pass Savings

Aspen Skiing Company (ASC), in partnership with local chambers, provides an incredible Member-to-Member benefit through its discounted Chamber Pass Program. The savings on the 2025-26 Premier Pass – with unlimited skiing/riding during the winter season and additional summer benefits – is $1,145 per pass. If an organization takes advantage of this Member-to-Member benefit, the Chamber membership more than pays for itself. This is a great Chamber benefit.

2025-26 details

• Early start date for pass sales!
• No more paper vouchers | Businesses need to keep track of digital voucher numbers provided by ASC and distribute them electronically (an internal spreadsheet is recommended).
• Online purchase preferred; limited in-person ticket office hours | Only the Aspen Mountain ticket office and the Snowmass Gondola ticket office will be available for in-person voucher purchases, with limited days and hours during the summer months.
• Earlier voucher refund deadlines | Unredeemed 2025-2026 Chamber pass vouchers must now be returned by January 31, 2026, two weeks earlier than in past years.

Other items from last year’s process remain the same, including the use of the ASC’s online ordering and payment system bStore, and there are no limits on credit card transactions.

Chamber Pass Order Instructions:

1. To opt-in for the ASC Chamber Pass, one (1) representative per business (OWNER OR MANAGER ONLY) must submit a member verification form (submit this one time only!). Provided contact information will be utilized by the Chamber and ASC for order communication.
   Only submit this form if your business plans to purchase a Chamber Pass.
2. Once a verification form has been submitted, please allow 2-3 business days for processing (per ASC).
3. Once the chamber has verified the member, the Chamber Pass Program representative will receive a “Verification of Eligibility” confirmation email from the chamber, outlining next steps. You will receive this email titled ASC/CHAMBER BUSINESS VERIFICATION 2025-2026 from sara@glenwoodchamber.com
4. ASC online ordering and payment system bStore. ASC creates an online business account for its platform bStore based on information provided by the chamber. Account creation may take two to three business days. Once complete, the designated Chamber Pass Program representative will receive an email from ASC with the bStore online order form link, and unique business username and password to login. “Confirmation of bStore enrollment for [BUSINESS NAME]” from DoNotReply-AspenSnowmass@aspensnowmass.com. If you cannot find this email, search for the subject line: “Confirmation of bStore enrollment”
5. Using the ASC-provided username and password, the designated Chamber Pass Program representative will log in and complete the pass selection and pass payment process. Once payment is received by ASC, the business has officially locked in the Early Pricing rate.
6. Once payment is complete, the Chamber Pass Program representative will receive an email from grouptix@aspensnowmass.com with the subject line: Aspen/Snowmass – bStore Cart ID XXXXXXXX : [Designated Pass Person’s name] Chamber : SalesOrderConfirmation_Reseller.The email contains a PDF attachment with your Chamber Pass order information. Aspen Skiing Company staff will then process your order, and send a follow-up email when complete.
7. Please allow 2-3 business days | Once the order is processed by Aspen Skiing Company, the Chamber Pass Program representative will receive a order confirmation and voucher ID email from Product Sales and Services (ASCPaSS@aspensnowmass.com) with the subject line: PAID Aspen Snowmass Chamber Voucher Order
8. Congratulations – you have completed the 2025 Chamber Pass Program process!
