2024 Citizen of the Year
This award is intended to honor an individual (or in particular instances a married couple) who has made a significant contribution to Glenwood Springs. As a result of the nominee’s effort, the community should have received substantial benefits and become a better place to live and work.
2024 Top Brass Outstanding Business of the Year
This is the highest honor presented to a Glenwood Springs area business and recognizes a significant accomplishment of the last year in the areas of commercial growth or achievement, innovation, creativity and community involvement. The Glenwood Springs Chamber Ambassadors select the recipient. Â Businesses may self-nominate.
2024 Top Brass NEW Business of the Year
This award is presented to a new Glenwood Springs area business that has been in operation for less than three years. It recognizes a significant accomplishment of the last year in the areas of commercial growth or achievement, innovation, creativity and community involvement. The Glenwood Springs Chamber Ambassadors select the recipient. Â Businesses may self-nominate.Â
2024 Top Brass Milestone Awards
Business anniversary milestones will be recognized every five years. The qualifying business will receive a certificate of recognition at the Glenwood Springs Chamber Resort Association Annual Gala. Verification of your anniversary is all that is required. Certificates are given in five-year increments only.
2024 ATHENA®
The ATHENA Award is presented to an individual who is recognized for professional excellence, for providing valuable service to their community and for actively assisting women in their attainment of professional excellence and leadership skills. The ATHENA Award highlights what recipients have accomplished in addition to paving a path for future successes. By honoring exceptional leaders, the ATHENA Award Program seeks to inspire others to achieve excellence.

The ATHENA Young Professional Award actively supports and celebrates the ATHENA mission of supporting, developing, and honoring women leaders, inspiring women to achieve their full potential—creating balance in leadership worldwide. The ATHENA Young Professional Award honors emerging leaders who strive toward the highest levels of personal and professional accomplishment, who excel in their chosen field, devote time and energy to their community in a meaningful way, and serve as a role model for young women.
