The Strawberry Days Festival cannot happen without our volunteers! We have a wide variety of open volunteer slots from Thursday, June 20 to Monday, June 24.  All volunteers will receive a complimentary Strawberry Days t-shirt or canvas tote bag!

Beer Garden

If your business or group is looking for a fun way to engage with the community and make a positive impact, this is the perfect opportunity.

Each shift must provide 10 volunteers that will be responsible for pouring and serving, plus manage drink ticket sales in the ticket booth. It's a fantastic way to get in front of a lively crowd while supporting a great cause - all cash tips from the weekend will be donated to the Glenwood Explorers Program.
*Must be 21 or older.

Bar Back

As a bar back, you'll play a crucial role in keeping the beer garden running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include restocking supplies, helping bartenders, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

It's a great way to gain behind-the-scenes experience at a lively event while meeting new people and supporting a great cause.
*Must be 21 or older.

Set-Up

If you're a hands-on person who enjoys working behind the scenes, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Volunteers will help with a variety of tasks, including hanging banners and signage, setting up tables and chairs, placing barricades, setting up pop-up tents and moving equipment and bins to their designated spots.

Ready to roll up your sleeves and help us set the stage?!

Information Booth

We need friendly, outgoing volunteers to staff the information booth at Strawberry Days! As an information booth volunteer, you'll be helping guests with their questions and selling exclusive Strawberry Days merchandise.

If you love engaging with people and have a knack for providing great customer service, this is the perfect role for you.

Green Team

Join our Green Team and help keep the festival eco-friendly! EverGreen ZeroWaste is looking for dedicated volunteers to monitor sorting bins and educate the public on what is compostable and recyclable.  EverGreen ZeroWaste will train you and provide you with gloves and snacks.  Your efforts keep 90% of festival waste out of the landfill!

If you care about the environment and want to make a positive impact, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Vendor Check-Out

We need detail-oriented volunteers for our vendor check-out crew. As part of this team, you'll help vendors close up by calculating sales tax, accepting payments (in cash or check), making change, and keeping accurate records. You may also be asked to walk around the park to answer questions and offer assistance as vendors pack up their booths.

If you're comfortable with basic math, handling cash, and enjoy interacting with people, this is the perfect role for you.

Tear-Down

The festival may be over, but we still need your help to wrap things up!

As a tear-down volunteer, you'll tackle a variety of tasks, including removing banners, gathering tables, chairs, and barricades, moving equipment and bins, tearing down the beer garden, and packing up the information booth. It's a hands-on opportunity to contribute to the smooth conclusion of an amazing event.

Park Clean-Up

Help us keep our community beautiful! We're seeking volunteers for our park clean-up crew to pick up any trash or debris left from the weekend's festival. After all the fun and excitement, it's crucial to leave the park spotless for everyone to enjoy.

This is a great opportunity to make a positive impact on the environment and the local community while enjoying some fresh air and light exercise.
