This concerned group of citizens and business owners has crafted and passed tax initiatives to build a community center and City Hall, a new raw water treatment plant, the local Ride Glenwood bus system, create the tourism promotion fund and allow for infrastructure and amenities like street lamps, bike trails, street maintenance and downtown beautification.
