Woohoo! The 2012 Strawberry Days Carnival is fast approaching! The carnival takes place in the Glenwood Springs Mall parking lot June 14-17. Unlimited ride, one-day passes are available at a discount in advance for $20 now through June 12 at the Glenwood Springs Chamber Resort Association (they'll be $30 at the carnival).

Rio Grande Bike Trail with a view of Mt. Sopris

The easiest and most efficient way to get around Glenwood Springs is on two wheels, not four, thanks to the large network of trails and paths. Bring your bike or rent one here, and enjoy the River Trail along the Roaring Fork River—it now merges with the Rio Grande Trail which takes cyclists on a scenic ride south toward Carbondale.
