Spend the Holidays in Glenwood Springs
|
December, 2008 |
|
It's winter in Glenwood Springs. We've waited patiently for ski season and now it's finally here!
Sunlight Mountain Resort opened on Friday, December 12th with a half foot of fresh powder on an 18 inch base at the top and a 12 inch base at the bottom. It snowed 11 inches on Saturday, making Sunday an epic day. More snow is in the forecast for the week of December 15th. Visit us during your holiday break and soak in some winter fun!
Sincerely,
The team at the Glenwood Springs Chamber Resort Association

Ski and snowboard with the family, then soak in the Glenwood Hot Springs Pool to soothe those muscles you haven't used since last season. Take a tram ride to the top of Iron Mountan to tour the caves at the Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park, or treat yourself to a luxurious spa treatment. No matter what you decide to do during your stay, you're guaranteed a festive winter getaway in Glenwood Springs this month!
